Hand-Selected Hides: We source premium, rugged full-grain leather—the toughest, top-most layer of the hide.
Hand-Cut Precision: Every single card slot and panel is cut individually by hand using a razor-sharp blade.
Diamond-Chisel Punched: We hand-punch every single hole using a traditional diamond chisel, creating the clean, slanted alignment needed for a diagonal stitch.
Saddle Stitched: We pass high-tensile thread through the leather by hand using a two-needle saddle stitch. Unlike machine lock-stitches that completely unravel if a single loop breaks, a hand-tied saddle stitch will never come undone.
